Order
When you complete a purchase, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. This means that your order has been successfully placed. However, your order is not approved and shipped until you receive a shipping confirmation. If any issues arise with your order, we will contact you primarily via email. In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders.

Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for products going out of stock. We do not guarantee that images perfectly reflect the exact appearance of the products, as slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution. However, we always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
Complaints & Returns
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations for e-commerce. Complaints regarding defective products must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than one year from the purchase date. We typically process complaint cases within 3–14 business days.
How to digitally exercise your right of withdrawal
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we offer a digital and easily accessible function to cancel your purchase. You can find our withdrawal button in the footer of our website.
To cancel your purchase via this function:

As soon as you have confirmed your withdrawal request, we will automatically send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email. Please note that the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies as usual.
